BibRave Demo

BibRave

With the goal of creating and supporting an enthusiastic network of runners, BibRave knew that usability on all devices mattered.

Responsive Web Rails

It's been called the "Yelp" for runners. BibRave is the place for running enthusiasts or novices to research races they are considering signing up for. Users can review races they have run in the past and view the feedback other runners have left when deciding on their next race. Users can also build a virtual running community. The app allows users to follow people they trust, track their running activity, and receive customized alerts. The users will stay informed on which races their community is interested in running and which were total flops.

ratings and reviews

Ratings & Reviews

Users can provide extremely detailed information about their race experience. Star ratings for swag, race management, scenery, and more provide a quick look into the race experience. Users can also submit a full description of the pros & cons of each race.

advanced search

Advanced search

The BibRave community utilizes a variety of criteria to narrow in on their ideal race. Location, date, race length, and terrain all help users filter down to the best fit - and keyword search comes in handy when reading reviews for specific races.

“I've worked with dozens of developers and the developers from Entrision are easily the best. Smart, efficient, and most of all, very responsive and communicative (very different from most other developers). They're a joy to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough.” Tim Murphy, CEO

Built with Ruby on Rails

Our agency generally uses Ruby on Rails for web application development, and this project was no exception - and a great fit for rails. By using rails, we were able to release a prototype quickly, and iterate the product into the market fit that it is today. A thorough rspec test suite also gives us confidence when making updates and maintaining the app.
